Bre was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. She moved to Lawrence in July of 2006. She has been managing the law office since 2008. She is the legal assistant to Brennan P. Fagan and Mark T. Emert. Bre manages the daily operations of the firm and handles all financial aspects of the office. In her spare time, Bre enjoys attending local sporting events, traveling, and reading.

Linda Jorgenson
Support Staff
Linda and her husband are from Williston, North Dakota. In July 2020 she graduated Cum Laude from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal, minoring in Musical Theater. While at MSUM, she was inducted into the Lambda Epsilon Chi paralegal honor society and was an active member of Blackfriars, the university’s theater troupe. Her non-work life involves performing in musical theater and opera, learning new repertoire, and taking care of her and her husband’s dog, Harvey. One fun fact about Linda is that her favorite genre of music is not musical theater or opera, but 70s and 80s rock.
